We want to hear from you! We collect feedback from students on an ongoing basis to help improve our services and make sure we’re meeting students’ needs.
You are always welcome to give us a call at 509-335-3575 and request to speak directly with our executive director or the directors of any of our services to provide feedback.
Medical clinic patients receive a patient satisfaction survey after every appointment through our Patient Portal. You can take the survey anonymously or provide contact info so we can follow up on your concerns. Make sure to check your Patient Portal messages!
Patients can also provide written feedback by filling out a comment card at the station just inside the medical clinic lobby doors and placing it in the box. Just like the survey, you can choose to provide feedback anonymously or request follow-up.
