We offer scheduled appointments and have a limited number of same-day appointments. You can make an appointment over the phone during clinic hours, in person, or through our Patient Portal.

Students without appointments may request an appointment or ask to see the consulting nurse. The consulting nurse will assess the health concern, recommend an appointment if necessary, and suggest self-care measures. Students may be seen on the same day based on severity of the problem and availability. For urgent issues, students may be referred to outside urgent care services or Pullman Regional Hospital.

Students can also access a 24-hour telephone nurse service through our main phone line (509-335-3575). In emergencies, students should call 911 or go to the emergency room at Pullman Regional Hospital.

Some services, such as immunizations and TB testing, are only available during specific hours. You can check available appointment times and schedule online using the Patient Portal, or contact us to schedule by phone.

Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is our online appointment scheduling and communication system. You can use the Patient Portal to:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments
  • Communicate securely with your provider and Cougar Health Services
  • Request prescription refills
  • Obtain your immunization records
  • Review history of charges and payments

We are committed to protecting your personal health information. Data that you provide through the Patient Portal cannot be viewed by anyone else and is securely maintained by industry-standard encryption.

Missing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments

You will be charged a $25 fee for all missed appointments. If you are late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Call 509-335-3575 or log on to the Patient Portal to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge you the missed appointment fee.
