Our healthcare providers offer care through scheduled appointments. You can make an appointment over the phone during clinic hours, in person, or through our Patient Portal. If you do not find the appointment you need on the patient portal, please call us. Appointments are not required on Saturdays during standard walk-in clinic hours.
During clinic hours, our nurses also assess students’ health concerns, recommend an appointment if necessary, and suggest self-care measures. Some additional nursing services, such as immunizations and TB testing, are only available during specific hours. You can check those available appointment times and schedule online using the Patient Portal, or contact us to schedule by phone.
For severe or complex issues beyond the scope of primary care, students may be referred to other resources in the community, such as the Pullman Regional Hospital Emergency Department.
After 5 PM, students can access our after-hours nurse telephone service through our main phone line, 509-335-3575. In emergencies, students should call 911 or go to the Emergency Department at Pullman Regional Hospital
The Patient Portal is our online appointment scheduling and communication system. You can use the Patient Portal to:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments
- Communicate securely with your provider and Cougar Health Services
- Request prescription refills
- Obtain your immunization records
- Review history of charges and payments
We are committed to protecting your personal health information. Data that you provide through the Patient Portal cannot be viewed by anyone else and is securely maintained by industry-standard encryption.
Missing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
You will be charged a $25 fee for all missed appointments. If you are late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Call 509-335-3575 or log on to the Patient Portal to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge you the missed appointment fee.
