Areas of Interest:

Theoretical Orientation: Integrated with Humanistic-Existential, Psychodynamic, and Narrative Therapy being substantial influences.

Clinical Interests: Healing, growth, and empowerment. Chasing change usually isn’t helpful. Here is what is helpful: patience, curiosity, and generosity with yourself combined with the willingness to experiment thinking about and doing things differently.  I love supporting people in this process. I enjoy working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, past trauma, major adjustments, grief and loss, identity growth, and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with graduate and non-traditional students.

Personal Interests: Social justice is a passion of mine. So is food! I also love traveling, walking/hiking in nature, movies/TV, and photography.
