Areas of Interest:
Theoretical Orientation: along with integrating cultural sensitivity and self-compassion work with clients, I work from the following lenses: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma informed therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Clinical Interests: working with international students, graduate students, trauma recovery, anxiety, adjustment issues, depression, stress management.
