Theoretical Approach: I utilize a collaborative and supportive approach focused on empowering students to move towards their authentic selves through modern Gestalt and Feminist lenses.
Clinical Interests: Sexual orientation and gender identity development, mindfulness, communication and boundary setting, and integration of identities.
Personal Interests: Going on hikes and being outdoors, listening to books and podcasts while cooking dinner, and spending time with two- and four-legged friends and family.
