She/her/hers

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in primary care. I work with college students who are initially coming into to cougar health services and may benefit from meeting with a mental health specialist.

I value the relationship aspect of the therapeutic process and strive to create a safe space for students. I provide health psychology therapy and same-day mental health sessions at Cougar Health Services. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, which focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions.

I earned my Ph.D. in counseling psychology at Washington State University in 2020 after I graduated with a M.A. in community counseling from Washington State University in 2014. I completed my APA Accredited Doctoral Internship at Southern Utah University's Counseling and Psychological Services located in Cedar City, Utah.

I live in Moscow, Idaho, with my husband, son, and dog. Autumn is my favorite season because of the beautiful colors and cooler weather. I enjoy listening to music and watching comedy movies.
