Call For ALL Appointments

Until further notice, all medical clinic appointments should be made over the phone at 509-335-3575. Students can also access an after-hours telephone nurse service at that number.

DO NOT go to the clinic without calling first. This will help avoid the potential spread of infection and allows staff to provide appropriate care for you and those who are in currently in the clinic.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, please let staff know if you have a fever or new/worsening cough.

All Counseling and Psychological Services appointments should be made over the phone at 509-335-4511. Students can still access the after hours crisis phone at 509-335-2159.

After-hours telephone nurse: 509-335-3575

A member of our nursing staff is available during clinic hours to answer health care questions. Calls received outside clinic hours will have the option to be forwarded to 24-hour nursing staff. This frequently-used service enables students to ask questions anonymously and receive authoritative information on a variety of health topics.

Which service or program are you visiting us for? Find the entrance you should use on the map below. If you’re attending a workshop in Washington G41 or are looking for Violence Prevention Programs, make sure to enter through the Health Promotion door.


Students visiting Cougar Health Services may park in the gated parking lot in front of the building at no additional cost only for the duration of their visit. Tokens for the gate are available at reception. Please note that this does not apply to those attending workshops or Health Promotion-related events in G41.

Metered parking and zone parking lots are available nearby, and our building is easily accessible via public transit. For more information on parking and transit options, visit Transportation Services.
