She/her/hers
I am a nurse practitioner specializing in family practice. I take care of patients and help them to navigate our health care system.
I decided to become a family nurse practitioner after working in acute care as a registered nurse for 5 years. I started working at CHS in 2021 and I love to help keep WSU students happy and healthy so that they can succeed in their college careers. Patients can expect me to be a good listener, to be their advocate, and to be passionate about providing excellent care. I wish I could tell each patient that they deserve kindness and exceptional healthcare, regardless of what they are seeking care for.
I earned my DNP in Family Practice at Creighton University in 2021, after graduating from Lewis-Clark State College with my BSN in 2014. I completed many of my undergraduate courses at WSU and loved my experience at WSU. I worked as an acute care nurse, primarily in the medical-surgical unit and the intensive care unit, locally for 6 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner.
I completed many of my undergraduate courses at WSU, which is where I met my husband. I spend my free time with my husband, my child, and my dog, Kodi, exploring the Pullman area. I enjoy reading, cooking, and being outside with my family.
