The Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is our online appointment scheduling and communication system. You log in to the portal using your WSU user ID and password. 

You can use the Patient Portal to: 

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical and vision appointments 
  • Communicate securely with your provider and Cougar Health Services 
  • Obtain your immunization records 
  • Review a history of your charges and payments 
  • Request prescription refills 

We are committed to protecting your personal health information. Data that you provide through the Patient Portal cannot be viewed by anyone else and is securely maintained by industry-standard encryption.

Give Feedback

We want to hear from you! We collect feedback from students on an ongoing basis to help improve our services and make sure we’re meeting students’ needs. 

You are always welcome to give us a call at 509-335-3575 and request to speak directly with our executive director or the directors of any of our services. 

After every appointment in the medical clinic, you will receive a patient satisfaction survey through your Patient Portal. You can take the survey anonymously or provide contact information so we can follow up on your concerns. If you’d like to take the survey, make sure to check your Patient Portal messages! 

You can also provide written feedback by filling out a comment card at the station just inside the medical clinic lobby doors and placing it in the box. Just like the survey, you can choose to provide feedback anonymously or request follow-up.
