She/her/hers

I'm a mental health counselor associate. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, trauma, stress management, and life transitions, especially in international student populations.

Everyone has a story to tell and I feel privileged to be able to listen to some of these and work with my clients to find solutions that work for them. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed therapy and strive to provide a safe space for all my clients.

I earned my M.Ed in Educational Psychology at the University of Utah in 2019 after graduating with a B.A in Psychology from Lebanese American University in 2014. In addition to English, I speak Chinese and Arabic. I have worked extensively with the student population, especially the international student population, from helping them navigate their visa requirements to helping them adjust to their new lives in the U.S.

I am half Taiwanese and half Sri Lankan. When I am not busy cooking or baking, I love to spend my time either playing video games, watching cooking competitions, reading, or playing with my cat.
