Harm Reduction & Recovery Services

We provide individual and community-based harm reduction and recovery services that are practical. Aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with substance use and mental health concerns.

What to expect

We know that talking about substance use and mental health is not always comfortable. Our welcoming and judgement-free approach is centered on meeting students "where they're at" through various indivdiual, group, and community centered support services.

Services are available to those who:
  • Are in recovery or contemplating recovery
  • Are allies to the recovery community
  • Have family history related to substance use and mental health
  • Want to reduce their own personal risks associated with substance use (e.g., taking a tolerance break)
  • Want to reduce campus and community risks and harms associated with substance use (e.g., Overdose Prevention Training & use of Naloxone).
