Video Remote Interpretation
Quality care relies on strong communication between you and health care professionals. We provide free video remote interpretation (VRI) services to help you feel comfortable with your care.
When at all possible, we will provide a certified medical interpreter to assist you in our facilities and offices. A certified medical interpreter has the skills and knowledge needed in order to interpret healthcare terminology.
This service is available for all appointments within Cougar Health Services, including the medical clinic, pharmacy, vision clinic, psychiatric services, and counseling and psychological services.
Please request an interpreter when you make an appointment. If scheduling online with the patient portal, you can type this into the section marked "other" on your appointment form.
