Cougs who need gynecological and/or pre-natal care can make an appointment in the patient portal or by calling 509-335-3575.
Services
- Birth control prescriptions and counseling on various methods of birth control to meet your individual needs
- Emergency contraception/Plan B (available over the counter at the pharmacy)
- Sexually transmitted infection testing, treatment, and prevention
- Routine annual health exams that may include a pap smear to screen for cervical cancer
- Colposcopy for abnormal pap smear
- Pelvic exam
- Clinical breast exam and self-breast exam instruction
- Counseling for concerns about sexual health
- Urinary tract infections
- Vaginal infections
Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling
CHS offers confidential pregnancy testing. If you need to speak with a provider about a possible pregnancy or pregnancy-related concern, call us or make an appointment on the Patient Portal. You can also obtain pregnancy tests at the CHS pharmacy.
If you are pregnant, our providers can talk with you about your options and refer you to community providers and resources if necessary.
CHS does not offer abortion services but can refer you to community providers who do. You can also visit Planned Parenthood in Pullman for pregnancy testing and options counseling.
